You're comparing words that have no relation whatsoever. At best you're being purposely obtuse. There really isn't much more that needs to be said.
I was comparing words that are employed to fill the same function; I did not say that they had the same definition. The only way you could claim that I was saying that is was if you failed to read anything I said, if you couldn't comprehend anything I said, or if you were lying about what I said.
You're so off base it's comical. Those words are all insults, the comparisons end there. You can't say they're equally offensive when the implied insult has a completely different meaning.

The fact that they mean different things has zip to do with how they are used. The patterns of usage of slurs in a particular discourse says a lot about what their intended function is.

Like...I think of historical women figures who stood up for themselves and that is what you'd attach bitch to. And here is a woman getting the mic taken from her during an interview and pressing assault charges, yet you find it offensive people are calling her a bitch? Assault charges cover a wide variety of incidents. The kid could spend a month in jail or pay a fine. I'm not going to comment on the news report because that is a topic for another conversation. But looking at the incident itself, he deserves to be charged. Its why you have degrees to assault charges. He'll get charged with the lowest and if he had a good lawyer he'd pay a fine. Of course that in itself is a topic for the other thread about the US justice system

I have to reiterate that I said its why we have degrees for assault charges and they are usually separate from assault and battery. Yes its was meant as a prank and the news report that followed it is ridiculous in itself. But if he had done this to a passing pedestrian and he instead ripped their cellphone out of their hand would you feel different about it? I mean we could talk about how unfair the system will be on him, being young and black. But that is a much bigger issue and one we don't have to bring up to discuss this incident.
Unless he gets a hardass judge trying to make him a example he'll get a fine maybe some anger management classes and even then the harshest sentence is 30 days in jail.

The context is just as important as the behavior. He's being charged because he's not high enough on the societal rung to get away with what he did. He can't even post a $1400 bail. I don't even think it's strictly a race thing. Would 50 Cent be charged for misdemeanor assault if he grabbed the mic like that? No, even if the anchor didn't recognize him.
Would Moore be arrested for grabbing the mic off of someone during a local rap battle? No. Beaten? Maybe. Arrested? No. It's classism at work here.

I've actually had something similar to that happen to me before! No joke. The guy was fucking with me for whatever reason and snatched my DS from me at my College. He pretty much gave it right back to me too. The thought of pressing any type of charges against that guy never once entered my fucking mind... even now as I think back on it, what an absolutely ridiculous thing that would have been. An utter waste of everyone's time...
And do you honestly believe this guy deserved to be charged with assault? He deserved it? A cop taking him aside and telling him to stop being a fucking moron and embarrassing himself wouldn't have sufficed?
If he just snuck into the picture and shouted it you might have a point. Taking the mic from her and moving into her space is what gets him in trouble. Threatening violence or this case putting her in a position where she could hurt herself is enough for an assault charge.
