It's not. Part of the Upfront is announcing shows that are returning. It's been known we'd be looking at Season 4 since Spring 2011, we were just waiting on Adult Swim to comment.

Eh, I loved the Catcher Freeman ep but you can't really make a followup on it, it's a very self-contained story. The whole beauty was that it was the legend of this one guy told from three very different viewpoints. So what would you do next? Write a second story told from the same viewpoints?

And I'm wondering if it's even possible to continue Stinkmeaner. I know those episodes are popular so Aaron'll probably find a way, but that third seemed so conclusive. You fight Stinkmeaner, you fight him again when he comes back from the dead, and then you fight his crew. I mean what next??

I really hope we get some actual info on this soon, because the VAs have made no attempt at even trying to hide the fact that it was coming back for over a year now so I guess the news doesn't do as much for me as it should.

I wish Aaron was a bit more in touch with his fanbase like he (somewhat) was until the beginning of Season 3. I'd love to know when to expect a trailer, hopefully news on Caesar (ACTUAL news this time, not fakeass news from a VA claiming to voice him) and even word on it airing this year.

Exactly, ever since the small 5 min piece titmouse did for the movie, people have been clamoring for a SP series on the adult swim message boards. They even showed said posts on several bumps, with the response, "Hmmmm...". Even Bryan Lee O Malley said that no talks have occured since then (was kinda hoping that they have something new on the side to go along with the new color editions of the series).

Again, no hate against the other 2, it's just kinda of a "WTF, where did this come from?" view to me at least...
