Beginning to get a bit worried about Sony. Do they really think the LBP brand has any kind of pull to it, let alone enough to push a peripheral for a kinda not doing very well peripheral?

This post cannot be emphasised enough.
First, rumble was last gen and SIXAXIS was the future, now we're going to release an accessory that requires to pieces of equipment that the existing standard controller can perform in both the traditional and gimmicky methods? Oh Sony, you so crayzeh. |

LBP is a very successful franchise for Sony, and I do think a Racing spinoff is a good direction for the franchise.
